- Red Hat, Blue hat book. Cracks him up every time! It's what he has
in his hands in the picture above.
- Super stand up ball blast toy
- The dancing dog at Fred & Madeleine's house that sings "New
York, New York" He kept saying "Mo? Mo? Mo?" (more!)
We ran the batteries dry! :)
Dislikes:
- Pasta of any kind, exept orzo
- Vegetables, unless he's at Laurie's house. :)
Other Happenings:
- Visit to Cape Cod with Aunt Sarah & Uncle Magnus
- Blueberry Picking in Hollis
- Going in the water in Hollis, and on Cape
Milestones:
- June 28th: Likes standing on top of his push car -- maybe he'll be
in Cirque du Soleil!
- July 1st: Climbs onto downstairs chair using exercise step as a booster.
- July 2nd: Climbs onto ottoman in his room.
- July 5th: Crawled back to front door in Hollis to get the basketball
- July 8th: Major walking breakthrough. Now walks everywhere. If he
falls down, he gets back up to walk rather than crawling.
- July 9th: Appears to have bonded with his stuffed lamb...for which
we are unable to find a backup.
- July 10th: Says 'Hi!' Also tastes first ice cream and swims in a kiddie
pool, on Cape.
- July 11th: "More doggie!" for the New York, New York singing
dog on the Cape.
- July 12th: Says 'Laurie'. We thought. Turns out it was 'Odie'. (Odie
is Otis, the dog at daycare) He actually went through a week where he
called all dogs "Odie." In fact, he called all furry creatures
Odie. Including a chipmunk I pointed out to him in Hollis. : )
- July 18th: Signs 'Help'. Says 'Mama'. Climbs on chairs on deck in
Hollis -- claps hands 'Yay!' Picks blueberries in Hollis. First blueberry
pie. Smacks lips when asked 'What does a fishy say?'
- July 19th: Walks around pulling Toby the dog (his wooden toy)
- July 20th: First play in sprinkler
