My Professional Interests
Enjoy working at Harvard. Lots of opportunity, always learning something. I work in the Finance Area, which exposes me to a plethora of new experiences, and allows me another view of the broad spectrum here. I find my job fascinating and rewarding, for the most part, and I am blessed to work with the most amazing colleagues ever!

  My Family Life
One of 11 children. Single, and loving it. I have five nieces and eight nephews, and three great-nieces, each of whom is an amazing individual. I love them as if they were my own children. It is my personal pleasure to view the world through their eyes whenever I can.

  My Outside Activities
Anything to do with the arts. I have been involved with Harvard's ARTS First (a celebration of the Arts) event since 1995 in various capacities. I volunteer usher at the New Rep theater, WGBH, the Coolidge Corner theatre, and work annually with several Film Festivals throughout the New England area. Volunteer Hospice work is also very important to me.

I love to sing (the blues and standards are my favorites), attending live Jazz performances anywhere, Live theatre, cycling (non-competitive),and walking (my best time was a 13-minute mile in my 30s). I love to travel almost anywhere. I enjoy films, music (all kinds), reading (particularly biography/autobiography and history). I appreciate any creative endeavor.

 My Philosophy of Life
The way we choose to see the world creates the world we see.

  My Idea of a Perfect Day
Anytime spent near the ocean or on the beach. Any quality time spent with children. Watching children learn. Appreciating a unique moment in nature. Watching talented musicians performing, hearing good music, how much time do I have.....?

  My Favorite Vacation Spot
While I am partial to the beauty of Vermont and the excitement of London, I'd have to say living in a house/cottage/cabin on or near the ocean.
